Day #5

Today, I wrote a refence lettre in French and in English for a friend and ex coworker. He is one of those person who were surgeon and now, can't even practice medicine in our provnce, even if he did all of his classes. 

I hope he can get to work one day as a MD somewhere else than the country where he was born!

Am I rambling too much?

Admiring Fellow Writers

The Insecure Writer's Support Group suggested the following theme for January 2025. Describe a person you admired when you were a child. Did the opinion you had of this person change as you grew up? The only one I admired very much when I was a child is the signer who i grew up with: Céline Dion. We are the same age but, she got to sing and become a superstar. I remember being able to sing as loud and high as her. I knew all of her songs until our adulthood. Now, i don’t envy her life in a way, but I do envy it at the same time. She burnt ou from her life as a signer then became a mom. She had her first child when i had my third one. I still lobe her voice. I wish she gets to keep singing until the end of her life. I wish her boys stay sane and happy through their life. I a way, she is like a sister but not so much.
