This was fun to read! It’s the story of the woman who makes the impossible to escape from her husband. She learns she has magical faculties.

It’s based on mythology. The main protagonist is in her early 40s. I could relate to her when she refers to her teenage year, and personal self-esteem and self-image.

The text it well written (I’m not a native-English) and the story flowed very well from action to internal and external dialog. When you read the story, you see what happens as if you were watching a movie.

I had a good time and I laughed many times while reading it. To me, this book delivers its promises.

The Insecure Writer's Support Group suggested the following theme for January 2025. Describe a person you admired when you were a child. Did the opinion you had of this person change as you grew up? The only one I admired very much when I was a child is the signer who i grew up with: Céline Dion. We are the same age but, she got to sing and become a superstar. I remember being able to sing as loud and high as her. I knew all of her songs until our adulthood. Now, i don’t envy her life in a way, but I do envy it at the same time. She burnt ou from her life as a signer then became a mom. She had her first child when i had my third one. I still lobe her voice. I wish she gets to keep singing until the end of her life.
